OUR MAIN TASK IS TO CREATE A LEARNING ENVIRONMENT which enables self-DISCOVery (or self-reflection) aND forms an opportunity to safely experiment with AVAILABLE APPROACHES.

THE TRAINER OFTEN DOES NOT ASSUME THE POSSITION OF AN EXPERT, INSTEAD S/HE IS THE PERSON TO ORGANIZE a situation suitable for experiencing & experimenting.

we often take the role of facilitators whose task is to provide support and make the learning experience easier. facilitator may assist by initiatiing the process of definig the issue which the group or the individual faces, however he does not provide ready solutions - rather leads the group to discover its' best way of dealing with the challenge. facilitator may take the role of moderator, challenger, supporter, activator etc., still his main objective is to coach participants in discovering and using their own potential.
